On-site Resident Manager needed for a 40-unit apartment building in Bainbridge, Island

DESCRIPTION: On-Site required for an on-site position for a 40-unit apartment on Bainbridge Island. Must be available on-site for all building activities, issues, and concerns. Responsible for managing all building operations including: leasing, unit turnover, building maintenance and tenant relations. Providing excellent customer service. Must be involved in and aware of all building activities. Must follow all policies and procedures set forth by Cornell & Associates, Inc.

COMPENSATION:
Full rent allowance on 1 bedroom apartment plus additional monthly salary of $650.00

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent customer service skills
Minimal landscaping skills
Requires strong computer skills and daily access to email, internet (i.e. craigslist), Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of property management and leasing preferred.
Professional demeanor
Available for a minimum of 30 hrs per week
Must pass screening including background check.

DESCRIPTION: On-Site Resident Manager team needed for a 50-unit and off-site on a 14-unit apartment in Capitol Hill. Must be available for all building activities, issues, and concerns. Responsible for managing all building operations including: leasing, unit turnover, building maintenance and tenant relations. Providing excellent customer service. Must be involved in and aware of all building activities. Must follow all policies and procedures set forth by Cornell & Associates, Inc.

COMPENSATION:
Rent allowance for apartment, plus additional salary, parking, phone allowance, and hourly for maintenance/cleaning/painting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent customer service skills
Requires strong computer skills and daily access to email, internet (i.e. craigslist), Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of property management and leasing preferred.
Professional demeanor
Available for 30 plus hrs per week
Must pass screening including background check.

$360.00/month Rent Credit + $15.00/hr. for maintenance and landscaping

Knowledge of property management and leasing preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping preferred.
