Now hiring for a Resident Manager Team (to live on-site) for a 78-unit apartment complex in Northgate. Duties include rent collection, preparing and leasing apartments, handling tenant maintenance requests and issues, scheduling vendors, providing notices to residents, maintaining the premises, and working directly for the supervising Property Manager. Position to start in April. Pets: CAT friendly, NO DOGS.

Compensation is a 2 bedroom apartment, plus additional salary, phone allowance, parking, and additional hourly compensation available for maintenance and painting.

Requirements include: several years prior Resident Manager experience, leasing experience, basic maintenance knowledge, 24-hour availability for emergencies, knowledge of Fair Housing and Seattle Landlord-Tenant Laws. Reside on-site in managers unit starting in April.

Compensation:  $1760 Value; plus $30/ month phone credit

We are currently in search of an experienced full time on-site Community Manager, and part time Assistant Manager, or a team, for a brand new micro unit apartment project consisting of lofts and studios.  This 80 unit property is located at 170th & Aurora Ave N with an estimated completion date of mid-March.

SUMMARY:

The Community Manager will be responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property. Additional duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·         Managing the daily operations: collect rents, implement timely delinquent rent procedures, weekly reports, timely and accurate data input, enforce rules, and accurate completion of documents.

·         Tenant relations, resident retention, conflict resolution.

·         Coordination of vendors, general maintenance, custodial duties.

·         Completion of move in and move out procedures

·         Leasing of vacant units as they turnover

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Creative problem solver, customer service mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Must have at least 2 years managing 50-100 units

·         Sales or leasing experience

·         Must have ability to make basic mathematical calculations

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, experience with management software, and leasing applications such as Knock Rentals, On-site, AMSI, Yardi, etc.

The Manager will have a large full size unit above the leasing office as part of compensation, plus salary of $1000, and medical and vision after 60 days.

Seeking experienced Resident Manager or Team for charming turn of the century Capitol Hill apartment building consisting of 49 units (Melrose & Olive).

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, file maintenance and general custodial duties.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to regular cleaning of building interior and exteriors, scheduling contractors, ensuring general upkeep of the property and accurate completion of documents. Must have a flexible schedule, excellent people skills, handle stress well, and be detail oriented. Previous resident manager experience and basic handyman/maintenance experience is preferred.

Compensation is a $1750 - $1950 rent credit on 1bedroom/1bath unit depending on qualifications in addition to $17 per hour for painting, maintenance, cleaning, etc. Approximately 25 hours per week.

SUMMARY: Resident Manager will be responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property. Additional duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Good understanding of general maintenance procedures, building materials and common property issues. Customer service mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Must have at least 2 years managing 25 or more units

· Sales or leasing experience

· Basic math skills

· Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications, Knockrentals or other leasing software, experience with accounting practices and reporting.
